Professor Haas gave a lecture, on how much more water it takes to make a hamburger, than it does to make a salad. He went into the gallons of water to raise cow, the wheat farm and to make the milk and convert it into cheese. After that lecture, he purchased a hamburger from Burger King in the HUB.
