Incharged of the night and day operations to ensure successful implementation of all sleep diagnostic procedures. Provided marketing assistance and performed several community related educational lectures. Provided technical interpretation of all sleep diagnostic studies and generated a technical report that was presented to the physicians for their review. Incharge of the development of all policies and procedures and developed a follow up program that resulted in 97% patient compliance rate. Interacted with patients on a daily basis and provided support and understanding to the frustrations that accompanied some of the treatments and recommendations that the physicians prescribed. Interacted on a regular basis with many physicians to develop a better plan to assess and treat their patients. Responsible for bringing the sleep center the recognition of provisional accreditation issued by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
