I passed this class because of Professor Yip. His lectures were very informative and he explained everything so clearly. The tests were not easy but were what you'd expect given in a Biology course. I can really say that he's very passionate and he actually seems like he cares about us.

Professor Yip one of the few professors that made me actually like the school. Just loves what he does, and he really wants his students to be successful in the course. Really goes above and beyond in explaining the class's content and he absolutely shined in his office hours. Total king.

Prof. Kenneth is the best prof I've had at UofT. He's great at explaining things and his lectures are very clear. He gives students time to take down notes and he emphasizes important details. He has a great sense of humor as well. I'm happy I took him both for 130 and 230.

I had Professor Yip for both BIO130 and BIO230. His lectures are very clear and the test questions are purely based on that he's said in class. You will definitely get a good mark if you just remember all the important parts that he repeats in class. He also really cares about his students. An amazing professor for sure!
