I am an Assistant Professor at Ryerson University. My research interests are at the intersection of health communication, science communication, organizational communication, and technology use in communication. My current project looks at communication gaps between family caregivers of people with dementia and professional healthcare providers as well as their use of technology to assist care tasks.

The tasks of this project are assessing the evolution of social networks among researchers in GRAND and evaluate the efficiency of the networking process and its outcomes.
