“Professor Collins's class is fun and entertaining. I enjoyed how we walked through the instructions as a class, so no one would get lost. ”
“Professor Hauser is a relaxed one. His lectures were entertaining. He understands and cares about his students. He knows that physics is difficult and helps you a lot. He gives you a half-letter grade boost just to make an easy extra credit. His grading system is very generous too. ”
“Professor Hao's lectures were boring and she was a bit hard to understand. PowerPoints are on the blackboard. So attendance is not mandatory but is given as extra credit. Three exams were all open book but very difficult though. It has nothing to do with his sample tests. She allows you to opt out of the final if you have a C or higher. ”
“Professor Corle is very kind, which is confusing as to why she's very intense. Her exams and grading are very difficult for a class of 100 levels. ”
“Professor Lamarca is outstanding. He does a superb job of presenting the material in a way that is easy to understand. Also, he tries to explain when you have questions. Obviously, he wants to see his students succeed in this course. ”
“I took Professor Thick for History of Michigan which had the required Civics Engagement Project attached to the course. He made it clear that he was available if a student needed help with anything. His class consists of five discussion posts, a few short reports, and an essay or fill-in-the-blank middle and final exams. It's too easy and there's not enough work. I do recommend his class. ”
“Professor Melvin is a smart one, just clumsy. Reading textbooks is the key to passing. ”
“Professor Malmberg pulls exams from optional material. He used slurs against people with disabilities in class. Also, it took him forever to respond to emails. He would not offer or suggest which material to focus on for exams during office hours. Overall, he's rude. ”
“Professor McCartney ruined my mental health. General Chemistry is difficult, but she does it terribly. She doesn't offer any incentives, while other professors are very flexible. She doesn't seem to care if her students fail and it is sad. Many good students have had their GPAs ruined solely because of her. I suggest you take Professor Collins. I heard he was tough but at least kind and understanding. ”
“Professor Melvin's Zoom lectures were optional. He'll just upload course videos. If you really want an independent class, take his. ”
“Professor Murphy has a positive personality that will be remembered by most of their students. ”
“Professor Tag is amazing. I had him for Biology 111 and 112. I got an A+ in both semesters. His lectures may be a little quick, but he covers all the material he puts into the exams. He gives optional practice tests beforehand as well, which really helps. SI was a great help in general, but it was never necessary to secure an A. ”
“Professor Soni is horrible. He's very rude to students and won't explain assignments further if you're confused about them. If you are trying to pass your English class, do not take his class. ”
“Personally, I'm not going to take Professor Anderson's class again. The amount of work was moderately easy once you figured things out. However, every time my laboratory partner will ask for help, she was not approachable. It was as if she expected us to know everything before the course started. Overall, this class is not suggested for non-biology major students. ”
“Professor Pipitone provides real-life examples during lectures, which help you learn the material. He cares about you, and if you are learning material, do not be afraid to reach out for help. He assigns four homework assignments, SPSS assignments, and four exams. Extra credit is offered throughout the semester as well. I suggest you take his class. What an amazing professor he is. ”
“Professor Abrahao is great. However, this is not an easy class at all. Her exam covers six chapters at a time. And her questions are very detailed, so you really have to study hard. There's a lot of information to learn, and she's really doing everything she can to help us. There are many additional credit opportunities as well. I suggest you study hard for the exams and you'll pass. ”
“Professor Creegan is very relaxed and approachable. He does not judge how well you draw, he judges how well you represent the concepts of the lesson. Lectures are a bit elaborate but doable. His class consisted of four art projects, five discussion boards, and eight quizzes without time limit, which receive their questions directly from the material provided. Overall, a solid teacher. ”
“Professor Ramachandran is really not a bad teacher. He's very passionate about his work and really wants to involve students in Chemistry. On the other hand, because of his accent which is thicker than the textbook, it's almost impossible to understand unless you're in the first three rows. Get ready for a ride if you'll take his class. ”
“Professor Leishman may be qualified, but he has an arrogant personality. Lectures make things seem complicated, but homework is not bad. Also, he often told the class that, we wouldn't become engineers if we didn't learn something properly. When I went to him for help, he didn't really want to answer my questions. What I did is I had to ask more in different ways. ”
“Professor Osborne is amazing. Her lectures were interesting and fascinating. She will provide lots of extra credits during the exams. Those exams were relatively simple too. I highly recommend her class. ”
