Because of her accent, she is quite hard to understand. However, she is good at answering questions. To keep the lecture engaging, she asks students questions in class. Her labs barely relate to the lecture material though.

I wasn't a fan of the first yr research project in this class. However, Prof. Guo genuinely cares about her students and you can see that she's very passionate about geography. She posts lectures online but they weren't so informative, so I suggest you really go to class to get a better explanation from her.
