As someone who's majoring in this field, I was super disappointed with this class. She had no idea what she was teaching, and she graded you on how much she loved you, which was both unethical and unfair. Take another class if you have the opportunity. This course is a complete waste of time. Consider a professor who is well-versed in their subject.

This course is useless. Unfortunately, this is required for most GEOG students. The course is a confused diarrhea of hydrogeology, environmental science, and even mineralogy, and petrology. If you have to take this course, just buckle up because it's going to be a big waste of time. On the other hand, Professor Chen was kind and cared about us.
