Prof Johanson was my favorite prof at UVU. He made the lectures easy to learn and memorize. He was always coming up with jokes about time and space. But he was also a real softy when it came to late work. He would give you until the end of the semester to finish your assignments and he would not dock points! He also gave out very few assignments.

Professor Johanson lectures every class period. He does it without notes meaning he's knowledgeable about the subject. Those lectures were hilarious too. I suggest you take good notes and don't miss the day of the review. He will go through exactly what is on the test, so make sure you show up on those days. Also, you have to go to the Astrolabs twice on weeknights, but you can just take a nap during that time. Overall, I enjoyed this class.

Professor Johanson is funny and kept things interesting. I don't like science, yet I found this course interesting and entertaining because of him. I suggest you come to class, especially during review days, and you will succeed. Take this course if you need extra science credit.

Professor Johanson is amazing. He cares a lot about the course. Showing up for class is important because the professor teaches exactly what is contained in the exam, take good notes, review them, and you'll pass the course with no problem.

Professor Johanson's class was an exceptional option for a science credit. I learned a lot and loved that the room was in the planetarium. There were not many other assignments than the exams and he does a thorough review for each. Also, his lectures are amazing because of his knowledge and good sense of humor. Overall, you will not regret taking this course.
