  Doing Good Work Matters! begins by discussing fundamental ways that bosses frequently turn off workers

  harming the ability of workers to do good work. These points of reflection give empathy to the plight of workers while forcing bosses to consider their own actions from the point of view of their workers. As result

  leaders will be able to identify opportunities for improvement. Then
