Developed, implemented, and assessed new academic initiatives for first-year students, including the Common Experience/Common Read Program, First-Year Seminars, Learning Communities, and Academic Orientation. Chaired the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Committee for HPU's SACS/COC accreditation.
