Over 20 years of economic & social policy experience, working on both donor assisted development projects & public policy development & on M&E in the Caribbean & Africa.

High-level advisory positions within the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ), the World Bank Tanzania Country Office & several Government Agencies in the Caribbean.

Experience of donor working committees working closely with the European Union (EU), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) & other donors. Familiar with a range of donor procedures, including budgetary support procedures.

Excellent knowledge of economic & political policy issues in Developing Countries, having worked extensively with the PIOJ & other government agencies. Expert on policy areas central to national development and poverty reduction strategies, including the economic, social and fiscal constraints that need to be addressed to increase inclusive economic growth.

Prepared various M&E progress reports for projects in several Caribbean Countries.

Excellent technical writing skills – Author of numerous technical reports, economic & social policy papers, concept notes & articles.

Experienced at communicating with policymakers. Skilled trainer & mentor, having organised and conducted many training sessions. Logical & coherent way of communicating information gained from long-standing tutoring experience.
