    Computer Vision: Stop Sign Detection

    Analysis of methods for image classification

    the primary of which will be recurrent neural networks. We have scraped street images from all over San Francisco using Google's Street View API and labeled them to be a data set for our project to use. On top of currently building our own network from scratch in Tensorflow we are implementing transfer learning from Google’s Inception V3 model. Currently testing at around 80% correct classification.

    Analysis of NASDAQ Data

    Analysis of 10 years of NASDAQ stock data extracted from the Yahoo Finance API. Stocks were clustered by industry and trends in the data are analyzed as well as contextualized with text analysis from related articles of the New York Times.
