Professor McCrady's class isn't difficult, but she does make you work for you to earn your grade. As long as you attend class and pay attention the assignments aren't hard and it will be an easy A.

She believes that responding to audience needs helps create win-win value propositions. As the Academic Director for International Partnerships for the Naveen Jindal School of Management, she works with colleagues to create the groundwork of partnerships that offer opportunities for research, collaboration and student exchange. Victoria has been a Technical Writer for a software company and a Property Tax Consultant for Deloitte. Victoria has over fifteen years of classroom experience as a professor, teaching classes in business communication and composition. Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honors diploma from Texas Christian University (TCU) in English and a Master's degree in English from Texas A & M University in College Station.

Student agreements, exchanges and research agreements need clear metrics and legal protections. In this role, I work with the university’s Director for International Partnership Development to evaluate the sustainability and suitability of agreements between Jindal School of Management and other universities. There is a great deal of email correspondence as we attempt to meet both universities' goals to create strong affiliations bound by legal agreements that protect students. I use legal templates and research to create contracts that outline agreements between JSOM and other universities.
