Prof. Mathur’s class was pretty decent. You just have to be prepared to read lots. Lectures are heavily reliant on the information you have to read before class. She teaches by giving examples that relate to what you learn from the textbook.

Awful

Professor Mathur's course was extremely easy. There are three exams and a research essay. Professor Mathur knows what she is talking about through experience. YOU HAVE TO READ the book in order to do well. Also I reccomend that you try to read before class. This course was great!

Awesome

Professor Mathur was great. You can tell that she is really passionate about her work. Which makes you enjoy it more. She gives quizzes on the first day of a new topic over the readings. However, if you just read the chapter summaries and look at the vocabulary, then you should be fine. The exams were more about application on what we've learned.

Awesome

I really enjoyed Professor Mathur's class. It wasn't easy by any means, you definitely need to go to class and read the book if you want to do well. The lectures are a little dry but that's because the material isn't super exciting, but she honestly does care if you learn the info. She gives lots of examples to help solidify the concepts in class. However, the lab is unrelated and stupid.
