    VP of Product

    At Ario we built an IoT lighting solutions for commercial clients. We created a software + hardware system for customers in hospitality. We helped people improve their health and productivity through circadian lighting.

    Raised ~$3M from Stanford University (StartX fund) and Heuristic capital as lead investor.

    Successfully installed at Stanford GSB dorms, and Executive Hotel. Additional clients included boutique hotels in SF/Bay area as well as mid-range independent hotel brands.

  • Inteliclinic

    Co-Founder / co-CEO

    Grew the company from an idea and 3 co-founders to 25 full-time employees with both offices in San Francisco and Warsaw (R&D).

    Built in 2013 (quantified self movement) our product Neuroon mask was a B2C wearable that measures biological signals, including brain waves, muscle tension, and eye movement. During launch it was the only consumer product that precisely tracked sleep. Neuroon had an active component to improve your everyday sleep.

    Held positions previously of: CFO, COO, co-CEO

    Ran Product and Partnership - developed key relationships with major airlines (Lufthansa, KLM, ANA), hotel providers (Joie de vivre, Virgin) and professional institutions e.g. "The National Sleep Foundation". Went through first introduction of the product to early adopters to mass production, sales online and in physical stores. Hit $1 Million in Revenue in 2014 and continued to grow.

  • Graduates are as good as the chances they have been given

    the Financial Observer, publication of the National Bank of Poland

    One of the four best works recognised in the contest of papers on how to improve the Polish economy. This article analyses the issues faced by the Polish higher education system and how the future pool of graduates is affected. Finally, it suggests easy solutions, but also somewhat more difficult to implement, that are based on the best practices from the British, American and French universities.
