Todd Landon Barnes is an Associate Professor of Literature at Ramapo College of New Jersey. His articles and reviews have appeared in Shakespeare Bulletin, Weyward Macbeth: Intersections of Race and Performance (Eds. Scott Newstok and Ayanna Thompson), Shakespearean Echoes (Eds. Adam Hansen and Kevin Wetmore, Jr.) and Hamlet Handbook: Subject Matter, Adaptations, Interpretations (Hamlet Handbuch: Stoff, Aneignungen, Deutungen, Ed. Peter W. Marx). He has served as dramaturg for the African-American Shakespeare Company in San Francisco, where he also worked in educational outreach. He lives in Brooklyn.
