M.S., Agricultural and Biological Eng., The Pennsylvania State University, 1991.
B.S., Agricultural Engineering, The Pennsylvania State University, 1989.
I conduct research and extension programs in the area of Precision Agriculture. In particular, Tim Stombaugh is interested in the performance of GPS receivers and associated systems such as automated steering systems and automatic section control. I also work with remote sensing platforms and field-based sensors.
