Poor

Prof. Culver is nice, but I wish I'd taken Database systems with someone else. I came out feeling like I didn't learn anything at all. This class is honestly easy but he didn't teach the material well. Take someone else if you want to learn Database systems and SQL.

I loved Professor Culver. He makes the class very engaging, with many funny jokes. He's an excellent teacher, who inspires and motivates students by providing great insights into SDN. He's very experienced and knowledgeable in the SDN field. He's very friendly too. He takes effort to call industry folks, to give talks about SDN. He gives pizza on the last day of class.

I took Software Defined Networks with Prof. Culver. I love the way he taught us. Not only does he follow the textbooks, but he also gives you a lot of information about the technology and its use in the industry. He will tell you which technologies are now trend-setting and why, where research is being done and where it can be improved. He gives informative discussions!

Professor Culver's Database class was a lot of fun and interesting. He assigns long-term homework and two simple tests. His lectures are highly entertaining, and he tells a lot of good industrial stories. I had a great time in his class.
