I work closely with non-profit third-party organizations to provide pro-bono services to organizations in emerging nations while increasing employee engagement.

I am responsible for preparing and deploying teams of 10 high-potential leaders to work for 30 days with non-profit or non-government organizations in places like Brazil, Tanzania, Thailand, and Russia. I also focus on the Knowledge Leadership Path that focuses on developing deep functional expertise and industry leaders.

  I completed a successful career as a pilot, commander, and logistician at multiple locations around the world. I graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1971 and flew 5 different airplanes, but mostly the C-141 Starlifter. My duty assignments included tours in: Air Force Communications Command, Air Education and Training Command, Military Airlift Command, and the Air Mobility Command.
