Professor O'Toole's a character meant to inspire and engage the breadth of Telecommunications and what it means to people. He also stressed out the availability of the jobs, as well as the scope of how many jobs there are. He won't get back to you outside business hours. However, he'll surely talk with you outside the classroom, if you'd like to talk real world problems. He is a true gem.

You probably won't like Professor O'Toole's style of teaching if you don't like thinking for yourself. This isn't highschool, he doesn't want you to just memorize stuff for the exams, he wants you to actually understand the theory. Hes very well known and respected in his field and is one of the only professors that deeply cares about his students. Also, he is very down to earth.
