Tom O'Leary, aka Thomas James O'Leary, is a stage director and actor from NYC who now makes his home in Los Angeles, where he teaches musical theatre performance at AMDA College and Conservatory of Performing Arts in Hollywood. Having worked on Broadway with The Phantom of the Opera (title role for 2 1/2 years) and Miss Saigon (original cast for two years) and national tours, Les Mis, Chess, Phantom, he has also performed on screen and on stage in LA, including Take Me Out at the Celebration Theatre for which he won numerous awards. His most recent directing credits include the world premiere of Dusty de los Santos at the Katselas Theatre and The Escape Artist's Children at Celebration Theatre. He is currently codirecting one of the first full-score productions of Les Miserables in Southern California, with the California Youth Conservatory Theatre in San Diego.
