I've never seen such a careless advisor before. Having him on board as a consultant is a terrible disaster. Those who have him as an advisor should conduct their own research, fill out the paperwork, and have him sign it. DO NOT SEEK ADVICE FROM HIM. He'd either refer you to someone else or get quite obnoxious. He's the typical "do just enough to get by" kind.
