I am a writer, trainer and lecture with a Masters in Special education and a PHD in Administration. As a lifetime educator and advocate I seek to assist others in the development of smarter educational systems that seek to improve student achievement (at all levels) while supporting community goals and regional need.

Our consulting firm focuses on enhancing professional development and training for educators and non-educators alike. While working with school staff, teachers, administrators, school boards, NGO's and government agencies in the United States and around the world we also have worked with Military, Youth Challenge Academy’s, Homeland Security, Vocational, DJJ, American Red Cross and parents groups who seek to improve relationships and to develop a understanding of 21st century educational trends.

I am always interested in lecture, speaking, attending meetings and developing articles, books, curriculums or program creation or improvement.
