I am known for my ability to analyze issues, develop plans to address them, and enlist the cooperation of colleagues to enact the plans. I have a record of aligning instruction and assessment (for adults and children) to given standards, and developing interactive lessons that engage learners in the process.
I enjoy research and data, and can produce a great lit review, as well as use both quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze data.
