Professor Prasad is a really great guy. However, he is the driest professor I've ever taken. I eventually stopped going to his class and watched all his lecture videos at two times the speed, which still did not stop me from falling asleep. He gave a righteous curve though. Like everything less than 50% was a B. So if you have to take him, don't sweat it.
