    As lecturer, I have taught the initial 4 semester language sequence as well as upper-division courses in cultural heritage and evolution, literary surveys and advanced oral/written expression. I have worked with my colleagues on the initial language articulation using Modern Language Association guidelines for language proficiency progression and evaluation. I have redesigned the labs of the first two semesters of language to be completely online and the courses are now taught as hybrids. I have recruited and trained the language assistants both to teach the labs and to now grade, conduct oral interviews and provide tutoring.
