Sworn and civilian law enforcement experience, with expert qualifications in DNA, serology, evidence development (i.e., screening), crime scene, quality assurance, and bloodstain pattern analysis. Experience in municipal, state, and federal government, as well as private enterprise experience domestically and internationally (5 missions) in law enforcement related focus areas.

An accomplished consultant domestically and internationally with completed assessments of more than 20 different agencies for DNA, crime scene, and/or grant management.
