    I invited students to join me in \"Philosophy Cafes\" - regular philosophical gatherings at coffee shops to discuss the material we were covering in class. That was when I discovered my love for philosophy.

    \" the first class taught by upper division undergraduates to lower division students in the philosophy department. I organized informal philosophy cafes at coffee shops outside of class.
