  I was a social services generalist dealing with Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, Adult Services, Family Services, and Foster Care cases. I managed a personal case load in both agencies that was comprised of all of the aforementioned areas. I was the organizational team leader in New Kent County DSS and worked closely with team members from both agencies to solve complex problems. I trained coworkers in time management skills and prioritization skills. I interpreted policy, trained community partners and coworkers on policy, and gave reports based on policy and assisted with devising other co-educatory training initiatives with our community partners.
