    I am the fair director for the NEO A&M Regional Science Fair. Our fair services 6 counties in Oklahoma

    grades 7-12. This year we have added a 6th grade and younger division. Our fair is the feeder fair for state

    national

    and international competitions

    as we send delegates on to a number of higher up competitions. I also spearhead the fundraising interests to fund the fair.

    The ROSE award recognizes two employees quarterly and then chooses one winner for the year. I was the ROSE winner for the year in 2007 and a quarterly winner in 2003.

    State Missouri Academy of Science chooses one outstanding high school science teacher every year to honor during the MJAS competition. I was awarded this honor in 2004 and 2009.

    Advisory Council works to assist in making decisions and running the International Science and Engineering Fair. I was appointed Spring

    2011 for a three-year term where I served on the Symposia Committee. I served as the Symposia Chair during the spring of 2013.\n\n \n

    The Faculty Distinguished Service Award is given to a faculty member whose contributions fall outside the academic sphere
