  I am the fair director for the NEO A&M Regional Science Fair. Our fair services 6 counties in Oklahoma

  grades 7-12. This year we have added a 6th grade and younger division. Our fair is the feeder fair for state

  national

  and international competitions

  as we send delegates on to a number of higher up competitions. I also spearhead the fundraising interests to fund the fair.

  Award for outstanding faculty member in the School of Agriculture and Natural Sciencies as voted on by student body for 2012 – 2013 school year.

  The ROSE award recognizes two employees quarterly and then chooses one winner for the year. I was the ROSE winner for the year in 2007 and a quarterly winner in 2003.

  Missouri Academy of Science Outstanding High School Teacher Award

  State Missouri Academy of Science chooses one outstanding high school science teacher every year to honor during the MJAS competition. I was awarded this honor in 2004 and 2009.

  The Missouri Southern Regional Science Fair (MSRSF) chooses an outstanding teacher or mentor based on number of projects entered and placements within the various categories. I was chosen as the Outstanding Science Fair Sponsor for 2006

  Missouri American Water sponsors student awards in research involving water or water quality. They choose one outstanding sponsoring teacher of a student who receives this award.

  Intel International Science and Engineering Fair Advisory Council Member

  Advisory Council works to assist in making decisions and running the International Science and Engineering Fair. I was appointed Spring

  2011 for a three-year term where I served on the Symposia Committee. I served as the Symposia Chair during the spring of 2013.\n\n \n

  2014 Faculty Distinguished Service Award

  The Faculty Distinguished Service Award is given to a faculty member whose contributions fall outside the academic sphere

  but in addition to academic responsibilities
