Working with women and men who are healing from injury and trauma. I use my practice from fitness and physical therapy to support women and men in healing. With 19 years of education, I am able to support through my skills, knowledge and experience.
I am an educator of health and wellness. I have a strong interest in helping others improve their quality of life through alternative medicine, exercise, massage, and emotional/spiritual health. I have 19 years of experience working in higher education and enjoy teaching others about their bodies and health. I enjoy working with others in a collaborative and team oriented atmosphere and as an individual practitioner of massage therapy.
