I was worried to know that he only takes oral exams, however later he made it easy to learn the chapters. If you are able to teach yourself by watching videos than you can take his class. Moreover, I was able to have an excellent lecture professor that really helped me to cover the lab exam and get an easy A.

I took his online class which was horrible, I had multiple problems with Pearsons website, emailed him multiple times and never gotten a reply. If you take it online, you're on your own because he is of no help. He makes hardly any announcements, and never gives test reviews out. For our finals he didn't specify that we needed to bring a physical form of ID.

Dr. Soltani was a tough professor who never answered queries and even advised students NOT TO ASK HIM QUESTIONS in our announcements. Even if you read the book, the assignments, quizzes, and examinations were difficult. The tests included information that was not always covered in homework or quizzes. There is a lot of material to cover. Wouldn't recommend this prof at all.
