Good
I admired Professor Fields as an online teached. His class seemed similar to a real world employment scenario because he wasn't strict with deadlines. This is good if you have enough motivation. However, if you tend to cram, you might encounter problems. The exams are long and he doesn't post grades quickly, but overall, his class was good.
