Awful

Professor O'Neil goes way off topic during his lectures and while his stories are interesting, we don't learn any statistics. He does not properly teach the topics and does not motivate the students. Plus he talks a lot about how some students don't belong in the class and it can be very discouraging.

Poor

Prof. Scott was terrible! Do not expect him to teach. He's very condescending and he has a tendency to go off topic. I've never met a prof who has such low expectations on his students. He always says, "he/she ain't gonna pass anyway". We were also graded on 5 non-cumulative tests.

Average

Professor O'Neil will assign questions at the end of each chapter. However, he will not collect it. So, the homework is entirely up to you. Still, I do recommend doing them since he often uses questions from the assignments.

Awesome

He is an excellent math professor; simply complete your homework, even if it is not required.
