Good

Lectures and assignments will be tough if you don't thoroughly read and analyze assignments. If you put in effort, Prof. Ash will really appreciate it and he will even recognize it. He gives great feedback and will also give you one on one time if you ask for it.

Awful

Professor Ash doesn't really teach anything other than talking about unrelated matters in the classroom. He's very demanding and strict when it come to grades. His class is not recommended for English honor classes.

Poor

Professor Ash is great as a man but an awful instructor. He expects so much from us. He thinks his class is our highest priority with the amount of work he gives. If you do the tasks assigned, you'll get good grades. However, be prepared to spend all your time on it. Not the best teacher, but I've had worse. He's okay at best though.

Prof. Scott was such a tough grader, but that's only because he wants you to learn. I personally didn't like English, but I really enjoyed his class. 10/10 would take him again!

Professor Ash makes us think very thoroughly about the stories, poems and dramas. He's a hard grader. It's hard to get ten on an essay and he critiques all the weaknesses of your writing. However, he does it to make you a better writer. He will make you work to get good grades. Be sure to work with him on any assignment by email, or office hours.

Professor Ash loves what he does. He has a passion for teaching. He's amazing and very funny. I took his Eng 102 and Eng 203 classes. He's a bit of a tough grader, but he wants you to be a better writer. He goes over all the reading as well. Just take his class and you won't regret it.
