    I was responsible for project management in a large customer facing production center. Duties include: management, leadership and training of a team of up to seven employees, supervision of the production floor, and assuring communication between shifts. Also responsible for: managing job production workflow, ensuring quality of the product throughout the production process, making customer pickup and delivery arrangements, POS terminal use, cash reconciliation, customer consultation, bidding, and order taking. Assist with inventory, ordering supplies and scheduling personnel.

    Texas Search and Rescue (TEXSAR) has been a significant leader in disaster response and recovery in Texas for more than a decade. TEXSAR is a non-profit, volunteer first responder organization answering the call for assistance from state and local government authorities. TEXSAR specializes in ground search and rescue, flood and swiftwater rescue, disaster relief and recovery, wildland fire, and force multiplication.
