I will NEVER ever again take another class taught by Cohn! There are a couple of Super Long readings during the term. The exam answers are hidden in the lectures. He is so disorganized and messy. He uses 3 types of grading systems. He calls them EZ, Demanding and Exam-Hater. His grading system is impossibly confusing and all of his exams have 1) an essay, 2) SA and 3) fill in the blank questions.
