Allen was my favorite professor, she's funny and really tries to make class interesting. Participation is mandatory, but appearing should not be a problem because class is fun. Lectures are short and fun, and some group tasks are performed in the class. You must purchase textbooks for access codes. The class consist of 1 speech and 3 exams, She provides study guides and exams are open book.

Professor Allen's class was an easy one. The teacher is very nice, but super soft-spoken, which is a bit strange for the speech class. I don't really feel like a learned a lot in this class though. It seemed like just a lot of fuzz.

Professor Allen is outstanding! He's very sweet and compassionate! He was always upfront and open about what was required of us in terms of speeches and tasks, and he always let us out early.

I love Professor Allen. She's the sweetest professor that I've ever had. Her lecture was easy to listen to. Attendance will be taken every class. However, you'll have your three free days. Her class consists of four speeches, no exams nor finals. Also, she will give homework online every two to three weeks. It took only ten minutes to complete it. In addition, she let us go out thirty minutes early for every class. I suggest you must take her class. And I promise, you'll end up with an A.

I love Professor Allen. She's very sweet. Trust me, you won't regret taking her Scom1000 class. It's very simple. You'll have three exams and a five-minute speech presentation on any topic. I passed with an A. I will definitely be taking her class again.
