Doctor Franks teaches Organic Chemistry in a way that everyone can understand. He always caters to questions. His class consists of a quiz every Monday and a total of five exams. Also, you must attend the lectures since there are a lot of lecture notes. I suggest you study. He provides an excellent review before each exam though. I suggest you go to his working hours for additional help. On the other hand, it may take him several weeks to grade the exams.
