Awesome

Professor Carl is an excellent professor. Many of the reviews complain that the class was hard; it's not the professor, it's the subject. Taxes are hard...it's as simple as that. He gives you four hours to take the exams. He was always available to answer questions and his recorded lectures were quite thorough.
