Professor Kar takes time from the classroom to have very helpful review sessions. His final is closed-book, which is ridiculous if you consider the amount of material the course covers. I do not think his final should be closed book.

Prof. Kar is honestly the nicest professor I've had in my entire college life. He really cares about his students and wants them to succeed. Sometimes, he has trouble explaining the actual black letter law because he is very focused on the philosophy behind contract law. I would suggest taking his upper level classes instead.

Professor Kar genuinely wants you to succeed and is overall a good professor. He is very knowledgeable on his subject matter, however because of that he doesn't explain basic principles very well. He is an extremely nice professor who honestly want you to succeed in his class.

Professor Kar is one of the most intelligent people that I have ever met in my life. The best part about him though is that he sincerely cares about his students and is a very warm-hearted and kind man. He even took time on the weekends in order to have extra review sessions. You will be grateful to be under professor Kar.
