  I have been an Adjunct Instructor at the American Public University System since April 2008. I provide instruction to undergraduate students in the areas of Criminal Justice

  and Sociology.

  I worked at the Town of Yorktown Police Department for just over 30 years

  serving in various positions. In 1995 I was honored to be appointed as the Police Chief

  serving for 10 years in that capacity. I was also the Director of Emergency Management for the Town of Yorktown

  N.Y. for a period of 20 years.\n\nI was also honored to work as a consultant for the State of New York for 10 years as a Law Enforcement Accreditation Assessor.\n\nI have taught courses at the undergraduate college level at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry

  N.Y. for a period of 26 + years

  and most recently for the American Public University System

  where I have taught since 2008.\n\nBob Arruda
