I took the class of Professor Aronoff and did not expect to end with an A. He's an easy-going teacher who connects with his students in a Millenial way. Just don't be late for class. You either go or don't. Effort is what it takes, and he gives you a lot of opportunities to get it right.

I took Professor Aronoff for Speech 1311. He's basically every college student's dream instructor. He's willing to work with you. I think there were four or five quizzes, four speeches with one written speech for each and a group project. Come to class and participate, then having an A is possible.

Good

He's a kind guy who understands how busy his students are. As a result, he often leaves tasks open until the end of the year and provides many opportunities. He cares for you, so he won't let you fail! I had him for a blended class and I'd definitely take him again!

Prof. Aronoff was very understanding and accommodating. He was pretty accessible to help! Prepare to give a presentation in front of the class. We had 2 presentations, a group project, and 4 online quizzes Although the textbook was "mandatory," it was not used. Lectures that are interesting and make students feel valued and heard. He's a very caring prof! Do not procrastinate tho!

Good

We had 3 total speeches this sem-- one with a partner, one self, and one group. Half way, we had a paper and 4 quizzes. Because of Rona, our class was shifted online halfway through the semester, and things got a little rough while he was trying to give us information for our group speech, but it all worked out in the end. I got a 97 percent grade at the end of the semester.
