We had discussions about the plot in class but there were no tests nor essays about it. Other than that he was good. Professor O'Brien is a great English teacher. If you do, the class is easy. You have to put a lot of effort into the essay assignments. O'Brien had us read 1984 for no good reason. He gives very good feedback on your papers and will work with you to help you improve your writing.
