Good

The material of Professor Coffelt is complicated and has a lot of mathematics. However she teach it well and homework is easy. Laboratories are simple but you have to show up and participate. She is also fun and responds to email or texts as soon as she can.

Doctor Coffelt is an amazing Professor! I had her for both CHM 111 and 112. She is always very well prepared for class and explains things extremely clearly. A lot of times she will explain things even more clearly than the text book does. The exams are based on slides and the in class homework that she lectures on, and she does give a formula sheet during the exams. It's all on you if you fail her Chem class.

Prof. Coffelt is a great teacher who really wants her students to succeed. Labs and attendance are very important for her. As long as you complete your homework, take this class seriously, and show up in class, you will be fine. I would want to take her class again. I really enjoyed having her as a professor.

If you are looking for an easy A, I don't recommend this class. Attendance is required. The tests are hard and she is picky about what she wants with your labs. She will give extra credit for each test and sometimes gives class time for you to finish them. She was always very entertaining in class. I loved Professor Coffelt and learned so much this semester from her!
