  GSC is a privately owned franchise of a nationwide corporation

  which provides care for the elderly and disabled in their homes. As a Case Manager

  I was responsible for doing client intakes and home visits

  selecting and assigning Caregivers to individual cases

  and managing the Caregivers for the duration of the case. I frequently communicated with clients

  caregivers

  and their family members regarding their needs

  health status

  and billing.

  MCR is a defense contractor

  specializing in cost analysis. As a Recruiting Specialist

  I was responsible for communicating with managers regarding their hiring needs

  creating and posting available job advertisements

  and finding candidates by using the Internet

  communicating with schools and other institutions

  and attending job fairs. I would also schedule interviews

  track recruiting statistics

  prepare reports and give presentations for executive staff. I prepared and gave a training presentation for clerical recruiting staff. In addition to my recruiting duties

  I also assisted the HR Director with legal and personnel issues that directly concerned the company.

  Asbury Park is a former Abbott school district of approximately 1500 students in grades K-12. The Director of Curriculum is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all district curricula

  program planning/ evaluation

  and professional development. As the Secretary to the Director of Curriculum

  my duties included handling confidential information

  creating departmental agendas and taking meeting minutes

  writing memos and letters to staff

  students

  and administrators

  preparing presentations

  creating newsletters and documents

  assisting with the submission of reports to the New Jersey Department of Education

  establishing a reference library of important documents

  compiling reports

  and communicating on behalf of the Director with individuals inside and outside the district. I also arranged for the purchase of programs and supplies and assisted the Director with travel arrangements.
