Awful

Absurd! We got one assignment for the entire class. We all got F's or "incomplete"s. If you have a PhD in mathematics; you should understand the concept of a common denominator.

If you want to learn, he is NOT the instructor for you. Your grade will depend on your Final. He gives homework and a midterm quiz, but does not return them, so you have no idea where you are. He does not use a book and pulls questions out of the air.

Awful

Please never take Professor Huntsinger's linear algebra class. He did not provide structured information and examples. He's on his own mind and no textbooks will help to understand what he's trying to relay. Honestly, I regret spending my money and time in his class. He's the worst teacher.

Awesome

Professor Huntsinger is a wonderful teacher! I've read the reviews and I disagree with the negative voices. He provides regular office hours for his students regardless of individual learning challenges. I have never met a professor (brick and mortar or online) more willing and readily available to teach and guide his students. The best way to pass any class i.e., learn the material, is to show up, take responsibility, pay attention, ask questions when you have them, and take full advantage of the resources available through the school as provided by the professor. Math is not an easy subject for many people, but if you can take the time to brush up on prerequisite math, there is a greater chance of success and you may even enjoy learning!
