    I identify innovative solutions

    to ensure stewardship of our resources. As a member of the executive leadership team

    and due to the nature of my responsibilities

    I work closely with all leaders in the college to support their decision making and share information. With a talented team of dedicated professionals

    we support our faculty

    academic staff and office staff to meet and live the mission of the College of Education at Michigan State University. Through strategic planning that is inclusive and evidence based

    we 1) budget and allocate general and donor funds; 2) manage human resource functions for academic and non-academic employees

    including those in bargaining units; 3) maintain

    renovate and assign physical infrastructure; 4) manage external and internal requests for data

    including the development of internal management reports and dashboards; and 5) coordinate the college’s central technology support staff and equipment

    including policy related decisions. I am a resource for leaders within the College of Education and with colleagues in other academic colleges and administrative offices across the university. I am also a member of the Data Governance Group and the Faculty Health Care Council.
