Miles is very specific on what he wants, He has examples online. If you follow you will be fine. Miles will tell you exactly what to improve. There are 3 speeches and 5 modules. There are 5 tests with chapters you have to read. It is easy.

Mark Miles is the Worst Communication professor I have ever had! I would never recommend him. You do all your work on a third party site and it's a lot of reading. He requires 3 adults in the audience for your speeches or you loose 20 points. His instructions are never clear. He was disrespectful to me several times. I would never recommend him.
