Good

Professor Reeders is great, the class itself is really difficult but she makes it go smoothly. She will use slides with her lectures and then post the slides on Canvas. You will definitely pass the class is you watch her Youtube videos. She also does iClicker questions pretty much every class and it can boost up your grade.

Awesome

I took Prof. Reeders' class during the summer and it was honestly better than what I expected. She's very caring and responsive! We had 3 exams and 3 quizzes that are based on the weekly modules. By simply watching vids and using his PP slides, I got an A in everything. Also, she always uses lockdown browser.

I am interested in the neurobiology of memory in humans. In the lab I am studying how our brain remembers sequences of events using functional magnetic imaging techniques. I am specifically looking at how the medial prefrontal cortex is involved in position coding of items within a sequence, and how the hippocampus is involved in item associations through temporal context. Additionally, I am also conducting studies of the underlying neurocircuitry of memory in humans using probabilistic tractography on diffusion weighted imaging.
